Apprenticeship as Certified Retail Business Administrator

You have your (technical) high school diploma and dream of starting in a responsible position in an international retail company? Then come to where ACTION is! As a discounter with heart and Dutch charm, we are looking for you as a motivated junior manager. With this combined training and further education, you will achieve three IHK qualifications in just three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Certified Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d), and Trainer Aptitude. You will learn to independently take on technical, organizational, and management tasks to later manage the branch. Take your chance during the training period to successfully go through various positions: from sales to branch management. And there's even more after that!

You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory maintenance, cashier processes, and customer consulting; step by step you learn our management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, ordering, returns, cash reconciliation, and inventories; subsequently you also take over personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action is our employees!; in the 3rd year of apprenticeship, exciting projects await you, such as assisting with new store openings, branch analyses with regional management, or helping to design applicant days.

General higher education entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with internship certificates (see IHK); interest in management and branch responsibility; willingness to learn, perform, and adapt; identification with our Action values: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect, and customer orientation.
