Welcome to adidas AG! This sales assistant / retail management apprenticeship in Berlin/Wustermark (all genders) for 2026 takes place in Wustermark, Brandenburg. The apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2026 and lasts three years. Monthly apprenticeship pay starts at €1,394 in the first year and rises to €1,524 in the final year. Your tasks include customer consultation, getting to know our product range and technologies, cashier processes, and understanding our warehouse processes. In the 3rd year of your Ausbildung as a retail merchant, you will deepen your commercial, controlling, and business administration knowledge.

• you rotate through various departments within the adidas Store and gain valuable practical experience for the future
• you are a contact person and important advisor for our customers and delve deeply into diverse consultation situations
• you learn about different cashier processes (exchanges, complaints, billing) and intensively engage with our products and their technologies
• you participate in sales-promoting merchandise presentation
• you get to know the commercial business processes in retail and gain insight into warehouse and merchandise management
