- Customer consultation: Which style suits which customer? Which trends are currently hot? You advise our customers and develop your sense for fashion and trends.
- Checkout: How does a purchase at the checkout work? How do you handle complaints? You learn our checkout system and process sales safely and friendly.
- Product presentation: How does fashion become an eye-catcher? Which items combine well? You present our goods and ensure a sales area that invites shopping.
- Merchandise management: What happens when new goods arrive? How do they get to the sales floor? You receive goods, check and label them, and prepare them for sale.
