• Advising customers, accepting orders and ensuring smooth processing
• Creating offers and cost calculations, actively contributing to offer preparation
• Planning, organising and coordinating necessary purchases for timely availability of goods
• Controlling commercial trade processes through precise bookings in systems (merchandise management to financial accounting)
• Actively shaping digital processes in the trade environment, contributing affinity for modern IT solutions

• Good school leaving certificate – ideally intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Strong interest in commercial processes and economic contexts
• Communication skills and negotiation talent
• Structured and analytical work, teamwork
• Good knowledge of common Office 365 programs and ideally a foreign language
