Apprenticeship as an Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician

Apprenticeship at AGRAVIS Technik Münsterland-Ems GmbH in Steinfurt, starting on 1 August 2027. Learn to maintain, repair and find faults in agricultural and forestry machinery. The apprenticeship is full time, with 37 hours per week.

• Build broad knowledge of maintaining, servicing and repairing agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and equipment
• Find faults systematically in mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems
• Fit machinery with accessories and extra equipment
• Work with modern drive and harvesting technology, hydraulics, electronics, air conditioning and engine technology
• Help shape workplace processes and communicate closely with colleagues

• At least a good lower secondary school certificate and solid results in mathematics and physics, providing a foundation for technical tasks such as calculating electric currents and understanding control systems
• Technical understanding, practical skills and strong hand-eye coordination
• Enjoyment of modern agricultural machinery and fault diagnosis, with a willingness to help with assembly, testing and repairs
• A careful, structured approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of teamwork, reliability, curiosity and willingness to learn about new technical challenges
