Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at AGRAVIS Technik Raiffeisen GmbH in Nienburg starting on 1 August 2027. Learn to service, repair and diagnose agricultural and forestry machinery and equipment, working 40 hours per week.

• Gain thorough knowledge of maintaining, servicing and repairing agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and equipment.
• Find the causes of faults systematically by diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• Fit machines with accessories and additional equipment.
• Work with modern technology, from drive and harvesting systems to hydraulics, electronics, air conditioning and engines.
• Help improve workplace processes and communicate closely with your colleagues.

• You hold at least a good lower secondary school leaving certificate and have solid results in maths and physics, providing a foundation for technical tasks such as calculating electrical currents or understanding control systems.
• Your strengths include technical understanding, practical skills and strong hand-eye coordination.
• You enjoy modern agricultural machinery and diagnostic methods and like getting involved in hands-on work, whether assembling, testing or repairing.
• You work carefully and in an organised way and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy teamwork, are reliable, and bring curiosity and a willingness to learn when facing new technical challenges.
