Agricultural Machinery Sales Consultant

Full-time role working 38 hours per week at AGRAVIS Technik Sachsen-Anhalt/Brandenburg GmbH in Angermünde. You advise customers on agricultural machinery, manage the sales process and develop your sales territory. Career changers with a strong interest in sales and technology are also welcome.

• As a sales consultant, you support existing customers, win new customers for AGRAVIS and actively develop your sales territory.
• You analyse customer needs, advise on our agricultural machinery solutions and manage the entire sales process through to a successful sale.
• You use your understanding of people and markets to build lasting customer relationships and establish AGRAVIS as a reliable partner in your region.
• You independently plan and organise machinery demonstrations, present our products on location and help customers choose suitable solutions.
• Your sales skills, initiative and ability to identify market opportunities actively contribute to the success of your sales territory.

• You have sales experience, for example in field sales, technical sales, capital equipment sales or sales requiring detailed advice.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, cars, municipal equipment or forestry is helpful but not required.
• Career changers with a strong interest in sales and technology are also welcome.
• You work independently and in an organised way, and know how to build lasting customer relationships.
• You are confident using digital applications such as Office 365, CRM or inventory management systems, or can learn new systems quickly.
• You communicate openly, reliably and persuasively, and enjoy helping customers find suitable solutions.
