Commercial Clerk Lubricants

AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG is looking for a commercial clerk in the lubricants area in Isernhagen as soon as possible, full-time with 40 hours per week.

• In internal sales, you take on all commercial tasks around our lubricants business and ensure efficient order processing.
• From first customer contact to successful completion, you accompany orders and ensure reliable and timely handling.
• As a central contact person, you support our field sales team and contribute to shared sales success through service-oriented cooperation.
• With great care, you maintain and update master data in our CRM and merchandise management systems and ensure high data quality.
• In addition, you coordinate cooperation between suppliers and billing offices, support credit management including dunning, contribute to annual financial statement work and monitor digital inventory levels in customer tanks.

• With a completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, industrial clerk or office management clerk, you bring a solid foundation for this position.
• Ideally you already have initial professional experience in internal sales, order processing or commercial administration.
• You are confident using MS Office as well as merchandise management, CRM or MDG systems and use digital applications routinely in your daily work.
• Good commercial understanding and a structured, reliable way of working help you keep an overview even with varied tasks.
• Personally, you stand out through team spirit, service orientation, communication skills and interest in technical products, ideally in lubricants or related product groups.
