Strengthen the team of New-Tec West Vertriebsgesellschaft für Agrartechnik mbH as a Master Technician for Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics (m/f/d) at the Uelzen location, as soon as possible. Full-time, 40.00 hours/week.

• You take on economic and personnel responsibility for the workshop and ensure it runs smoothly.
• You coordinate, organize and oversee the carrying out of repairs and maintenance on agricultural and construction machinery.
• You manage the workshop's work processes efficiently and ensure consistently high service quality.
• You also plan the deployment of customer service and are the first contact for technical questions.
• With your technical know-how and communication skills, you advise our customers competently and with a focus on solutions.

• You have successfully completed your Master craftsman qualification in agricultural and construction machinery technology or automotive / commercial vehicle technology.
• You have already gained leadership experience in a workshop environment – preferably in agricultural technology or the construction machinery sector.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and assertiveness are among your strengths.
• Your structured, self-reliant way of working impresses, as does your technical understanding.
• You stay calm in stressful situations – with strong communication skills, resilience and a confident manner.
