Abitur Program Retail Business Manager 2027

Three-year Abitur program at ALDI SÜD: within three years you earn the qualifications Retail Merchant, state-certified Retail Business Manager (Handelsfachwirt) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO). From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Present and care for goods: you ensure the excellent quality of our products and that they always look appealing.
• Check out customers and rock the register: you are the friendly face helping customers complete their purchases safely and quickly.
• Create special shopping experiences: you respond empathetically to customers' wishes and ensure a great atmosphere.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories: you look after goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories.
• From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Strong Abitur or Fachabitur: start directly on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you bring a real go-getter mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: you love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenges before and during your store's opening hours.
