Three-year graduate program for Abitur holders at ALDI SÜD in Unterhaching: you earn the qualifications Retail Merchant, state-certified Retail Management Specialist (Handelsfachwirt) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO), and can take on leadership responsibility from the 18th month.

• Cashiering and rocking the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool.

• Organizing the warehouse and carrying out inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take on responsibility for inventory management and store organization – there you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
