Graduate program at ALDI SÜD: in three years you earn the qualifications Retail Salesperson, state-certified Retail Management Specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO).

• Present and care for goods: You ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout: You are the friendly face helping our customers with their purchases – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths fully!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
