Abitur Program Retail Business Manager 2027

In the Abitur program at ALDI SÜD, you earn within three years the qualifications of retail clerk (m/f/d), state-certified Handelsfachwirt (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate under AEVO. From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Checkout and rocking the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to our customers' wishes and create a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organizing the warehouse and carrying out inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – there you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
