Three-year Abitur program at ALDI SÜD leading to qualifications as retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager and trainer aptitude (AEVO).

• Present and maintain goods: you ensure excellent product quality and an appealing look.
• Checkout: you help customers with their purchases safely and quickly.
• Create special shopping experiences: you respond empathetically to customer wishes and ensure a great atmosphere.
• Organize the warehouse and carry out inventories: you take care of goods in the warehouse and keep order.
• From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start directly on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you bring a real doer mentality.
