Abitur Program Retail Business Specialist 2027

ALDI SÜD offers an Abitur program in which you earn three qualifications within three years: retail merchant, state-certified retail business specialist (Handelsfachwirt) and the trainer qualification under AEVO.

• Present and maintain goods: you ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing.
• Cashiering: you help customers shop safely and quickly.
• Create special shopping experiences: you respond empathetically to customer wishes.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories.
• From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already hold the university-entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the challenges before and during your store's opening hours.
