ALDI SÜD offers a program for Abitur holders in which you earn, within three years, the retail clerk qualification, state-certified retail business manager and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO).

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Cashiering and rocking the checkout: You are the friendly face helping our customers with their purchases – safe, fast and cool.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You take care of goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths!

• Strong Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have university-of-applied-sciences entrance qualification in Germany.
