Abitur graduate program at ALDI SÜD: within three years you earn the qualifications of retail clerk, state-certified retail management specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO).

• Present and care for goods: you ensure excellent product quality and an appealing look.
• Checkout: you help customers safely, quickly and in a friendly way.
• Create special shopping experiences: you respond empathetically to customer wishes.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories: you look after goods, order and overview during inventories.
• From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start on 1 August right away if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you bring a real doer mentality.
