Abitur graduate program at ALDI SÜD: within three years you earn the qualifications of retail merchant, state-certified retail business manager and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18 you can take on responsibility as a trainee for deputy store management.

• Cashiering and rocking the checkout: You are the friendly face helping our customers finish their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – you can really use your strengths there!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
