High School Graduate Program Retail Management Specialist 2027

High school graduate program at ALDI SÜD in Ransbach-Baumbach. Within three years you earn the qualifications of retail merchant (m/f/d), state-certified retail management specialist (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate under AEVO. From the 18th month, as a trainee you can take on leadership responsibility up to deputy store manager.

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure the excellent quality of the products and that they always look appealing.
• Checkout: You help customers get their shopping done safely and quickly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organizing the stockroom and doing inventories: You take care of the goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories.
• From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You master the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
