In the three-year graduate programme at ALDI SÜD you earn the qualifications of retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO).

• Cashiering and rocking the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers complete their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.

• Organise the stockroom and carry out inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organisation – put your strengths to use!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
