Graduate program at ALDI SÜD: within three years you earn the qualifications Retail Merchant, state-certified Retail Business Manager and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO).

• Presenting and caring for goods: you ensure not only excellent product quality but also that products always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Cashiering and rocking the register: you are the friendly face helping our customers with their purchases – safe, fast and cool.
• Creating special shopping experiences: your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: you take care of goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university-of-applied-sciences entrance qualification in Germany.
