High school graduate program at ALDI SÜD: Within three years obtain three qualifications (retail merchant, state-certified retail specialist, trainer aptitude). Full cost coverage for seminars and exams, 6 weeks vacation, leadership responsibility from 18th month.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to the wishes of our customers and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order and keep an overview during inventories – teamwork and support are required here.
• And the best? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – that's where you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification: Start on August 1st directly if you already have the entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
