ALDI SÜD offers a three-year program for Abitur holders in Kaufering. Within three years you earn the qualifications of retail merchant, state-certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt) and trainer aptitude under AEVO. From the 18th month, as a trainee you can take on responsibility for inventory management and store organization.

• Working the checkout: You are the friendly face that helps our customers with their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after the goods in storage, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – you can really use your strengths there!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
