ALDI SÜD offers a three-year programme for school leavers with qualifications as retail clerk, state-certified retail management specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18, you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout: You are the friendly face helping customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out inventories: You take care of goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for stock management and store organisation – use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You master the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
