Apprenticeship as Salesperson/Retail Management Assistant 2027

For around 50,000 employees, we are not just a retailer but also a reliable and responsible employer. As the inventor of discount retail, we, together with ALDI Nord, are among the leading food retailers in Germany. This business success and the stability of the industry give us the foundation to do our best and enable a good life for everyone.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly, and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to the wishes of our customers and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order, and keep an overview during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: No matter what school leaving certificate you have (lower secondary, intermediate, or (technical) high school diploma), what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop further.
• Team player: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and dynamic: You are fit and like to move – there is no room for boredom.
• Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within the operating and opening hours of your store – that is important to us.
