Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Retail Management Assistant 2027

During your apprenticeship you will learn all areas of retail. You present and maintain goods, operate the checkout, create special shopping experiences, organize the warehouse and conduct inventories. You will be supported with modern tools and a digital training concept and prepared for the final examination.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly, and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to the wishes of our customers and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order, and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Regardless of your school-leaving certificate (lower secondary, intermediate, or (subject-specific) university entrance qualification), what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop yourself.
• Team player: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and dynamic: You are fit and like to move – there is no room for boredom.
• Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within the operating and opening hours of your store – that is important to us.
