For around 50,000 employees, we are not just a retailer but also a reliable and responsible employer. As the inventor of discount retail, together with ALDI Nord, we are among the leading food retailers in Germany. This business success and the stability of the industry give us the foundation to do our best and enable a good life for everyone.
