About this Apprenticeship
Trainee program to become deputy store manager at ALDI SÜD, as a store management trainee across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Actively support the store manager and take on first leadership tasks
- Analyze and optimize store figures together with the store leadership team
- Create staff scheduling and coordinate inventory activities
- Get to know different store structures and processes
- Help with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
- Cashier work and cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in a leadership position
- Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
- High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
- Career changers, e.g. from hospitality or hotels, are welcome
