About this Apprenticeship
Trainee programme to become deputy store manager as a junior store leader at ALDI SÜD in Tettnang, across several stores, with intensive introduction to operations, staff development and team leadership.
What You'll Learn
- Actively support the store manager and take on first leadership tasks
- Analyse and optimise store figures together with the store leadership team
- Create staff schedules and coordinate inventory measures
- Get to know different store structures and processes
- Help with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
- Cashier work and cash accounting
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail salesperson (m/f/d)
- First work experience in a leadership position
- Commitment to day-to-day store operations
- Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organisational talent
- Career changers, e.g. from catering or hospitality, are welcome
