Junior Store Manager Trainee, Sales

Trainee program to become deputy store manager as a future store leader at ALDI SÜD in Hofheim, across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.

• Actively support the store manager and take on first leadership tasks
• Analyze and optimize store figures together with the store's leadership team
• Create staff schedules and coordinate inventory measures
• Get to know different store structures and processes
• Help with daily business, e.g. stock management and stocking goods
• Cash register work and cash settlement

• Completed training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail merchant (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
