Junior Management Trainee Retail

Trainee programme towards deputy store manager as a store management trainee across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.

• Actively support the store manager and take on first leadership tasks
• Analyse and optimise store key figures together with the store's management team
• Create staff scheduling and coordinate inventory measures
• Get to know different store structures and processes
• Help with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash settlement

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail salesperson (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organisational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from catering or hospitality, are welcome
