About this Apprenticeship
Trainee program to become deputy store manager at ALDI SÜD in Ravensburg, working in several stores. Duration is 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Actively supporting the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
- Analyzing and optimizing store figures together with the store leadership team
- Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory
- Getting to know different store structures and processes
- Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and stocking goods
- Cashier work and cash accounting
Requirements
- Completed training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail clerk (m/f/d)
- First work experience in a leadership position
- Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
- Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
- Career changers, e.g. from catering or hotels, are welcome
