Junior Sales Manager Trainee

Trainee program to become deputy store manager as a future store manager, across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years at ALDI SÜD.

• Active support of the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analysis and optimization of store metrics together with the store's management team
• Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. inventory management and restocking
• Cashier work and cash reconciliation

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Commitment to operational store business
• Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
