Junior Management Trainee Sales

• Active support of store management and assumption of first leadership tasks
• Analysis and optimization of store KPIs in cooperation with the store leadership team
• Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Participation in daily business, e.g. in inventory management and merchandise shelving
• Cashier activities and cash reconciliation

• Completed apprenticeship, e.g. as salesperson or retail management assistant (m/f/d)
• First professional experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in operational store business
• High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
