Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the COO

ALDI SÜD is looking for an executive assistant to support the National Board in day-to-day operational and strategic business at its site in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

• Support the National Board in day-to-day operational and strategic business
• Independent and forward-looking coordination of complex schedules, taking strategic priorities into account
• Proactive planning and organisation of appointments, meetings and business trips
• Preparation, follow-up and minute-taking of board meetings
• Creating presentations, reports and decision papers in German and English
• Liaison between management, internal departments and external partners, nationally and internationally
• Prioritising and tracking tasks and projects
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Helping carry out special projects and company initiatives
• Confidential handling of sensitive information

• Completed degree or comparable commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience as an assistant at management or board level
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Discretion, loyalty and high trustworthiness
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High resilience and flexibility
