• Preparation of offers and order processing
• Customer advice and communication
• Merchandise management and warehouse organization
• Pricing and invoice verification
• Market observation and procurement planning
• Cooperation with sales, logistics and marketing
• Handling of ERP systems and digital tools

• At least a secondary school diploma (Realschule)
• Good grades in mathematics, German and English
• Interest in commercial processes and economic contexts
• Enjoy organizing, planning and communicating
• Carefulness in handling numbers, data and systems
• Team spirit, reliability and motivation to learn new things
• A friendly manner – especially when dealing with customers and colleagues
