About this Apprenticeship
Alexianer IT GmbH is the IT service company of Alexianer GmbH and supports Alexianer facilities nationwide, such as hospitals and senior and care facilities. It is looking for an application support specialist for the hospital information system Dedalus ORBIS.
What You'll Learn
- Supporting users in everyday clinical work, plus first- and second-level support
- Support, administration and further development of the hospital information system Dedalus ORBIS
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes in close cooperation with the departments
- Support of clinical subsystems
- Participation in implementing projects in the hospital information system area
- Training and advising clinical staff
- Participation in implementing clinical systems as hospital digitalization increases
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare and practical clinical experience, or a completed computer science degree and clinical experience, or a comparable qualification
- Structured, reliable, process- and solution-oriented way of working, and enjoyment of independent work and cross-team collaboration
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
- Team- and service-oriented thinking and action
- Ideally experience using and supporting Dedalus ORBIS or a comparable hospital information system
- Confident use of IT systems / MS Office
- Analytical thinking, strong service orientation, and an independent, self-responsible and structured way of working
- Confident demeanor and fluent German in conversation and in writing
- Sufficient measles protection under § 20 IfSG
- Current police clearance certificate before starting
- Class B driver's license
- Positive attitude toward the Christian values of the company
