About this Apprenticeship
For its outpatient assisted living site in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, Alexianer ViaNobis Eingliederungshilfe is looking for an educator, special needs care worker or nursing professional (m/f/d) for sleep duty and to support the assisted living service, part-time at 80%.
What You'll Learn
- Educational support and guidance of people with mental illness
- Client-centered conversation, crisis and conflict intervention, and client-related documentation
- Taking over sleep duty from 23:00 - 06:00 and supporting assisted living (20:00 - 23:00 and 6:00 - 7:30)
Requirements
- You are an educator, special needs care worker or nursing professional (m/f/d), ideally with some experience working with people with participation limitations
- You are an empathetic and confident person with strong organizational skills, good communication and decision-making skills, and you can apply conflict resolution strategies confidently
- Keeping an appropriate balance of closeness and distance is natural for you
- You have a class B driver's license and your own car

- Attractive pay: base salary under AVR Caritas for a full-time position as a career starter of 3,578.87 € gross/month (plus allowances), graded by experience and qualification up to 5,190.90 € gross/month (plus allowances) with automatic step increases
