Social Worker

Educational specialist (m/f/d) in the Rousseauhaus, an intensive-care residential group for boys aged 12 to 16 under custodial measures, at Alexianer Westmünsterland GmbH - Martinistift.

• Lived culture of encounter: Building trust and shaping helpful relationships with young people who have often experienced relationships as less helpful.
• Moving pedagogy: through coordination in the multiprofessional team and trauma-sensitive consideration of the child's life story, we work according to each individual's needs.
• Lived daily structures: Lively shaping of the day with activities in the residential group and creating and preserving an accepting "safe place".
• Supportive development guidance: Accompanying children through crises, conflicts and difficult life situations: become an anchor for the children and young people in challenging times.
