• At least a Realschulabschluss or a Hauptschulabschluss with at least two years of completed vocational Ausbildung, or a completed Ausbildung as a healthcare and nursing assistant, or a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification ((Fach-)Hochschulreife)
• Enjoyment in helping other people
