You will learn how the ear works – and why good hearing is so important for our lives. You will work with state-of-the-art hearing technology – and become the first point of contact for our customers' hearing experience. You will individually fit hearing systems, make fine adjustments, and produce ear impressions – with great sensitivity. You will conduct hearing tests and measurements – naturally with professional technology and our support. You will be in direct contact with customers from the start – and learn what good consulting really means.

Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and enjoyment of communication. Good understanding of technical contexts and interest in school subjects math, physics, and biology. Good manual dexterity and preferably a craft hobby.
