About this Apprenticeship
Varied apprenticeship outdoors at Autobahn GmbH. You inspect roadways, crash barriers and bridges for damage, make repairs and lay asphalt, and take care of green areas and winter service. You learn the practical side at the Leverkusen motorway maintenance depot, and the theory at Berufsschule Ulrepforte in Cologne and the DEULA Rheinland training center in Kempen. The apprenticeship ends with an IHK exam.

- Physical fitness for driving vehicles and for physical work outdoors in every season
What Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes offers
- You are part of the team from day one. Our trainers support you as partners, which is why we also guarantee you will be taken on after training (per TV-Nachwuchskräfte Autobahn).
- You get good training pay under our in-house collective agreement: 1st year: 1,418.26 euros / 2nd year: 1,468.20 euros / 3rd year: 1,514.02 euros, plus an annual special payment and a completion bonus.
- You get 30 + 1 days of annual leave and paid time off for exam preparation.
- We pay for your driving licenses of classes B (car), C and CE (truck with trailer) after the probation period.
- We also pay for all learning and training materials.
- You also get your stylish orange work clothing, and we even provide a free laundry service for you.
