About this Apprenticeship
Varied apprenticeship outdoors at Autobahn GmbH. You inspect roads, crash barriers and bridges for damage, repair and asphalt, look after green areas and do winter service. You learn the practical side at the Autobahnmeisterei Wörth a.d. Isar and theory at the vocational school in Würzburg. The training ends with an IHK exam.

Requirements

- Physical fitness for driving vehicles and for physical work outdoors in every season
What Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes offers
- You are part of the team from day one. Our trainers support you as partners, which is why we also guarantee you will be taken on after training (per TV-Nachwuchskräfte Autobahn).
- You receive good training pay under our in-house collective agreement: year 1: 1,418.26 euros / year 2: 1,468.20 euros / year 3: 1,514.02 euros, an annual special payment and a completion bonus.
- You get 30 + 1 days of annual leave and paid time off for exam preparation.
- We pay for your driving licences of classes B (car), C and CE (truck with trailer) after the probation period.
- We also pay for all learning and training materials.
- You also get your smart orange work clothing and we even provide a free laundry service for you.
