Then become part of our team and help maintain, expand, and operate the world's fourth-longest highway network! The training of road maintenance workers is versatile and varied. For example, you inspect roadways, guardrails, and bridges for damage, repair and asphalt them. You also take care of green maintenance and ensure clear roads on our highways in winter. You will learn the practice at the Autobahnmeisterei Lauenau. You will learn the theory at the vocational school Cadenberge and currently at the Deula Westerstede training center, where you will also be well prepared for your exams and the completion of your apprenticeship. The apprenticeship concludes with an IHK examination.
