Specialist Vocational Training

To support our team in the Personnel Development and Welfare department, we are looking for you as a Specialist Vocational Training (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. Your tasks include in particular: supervision of vocational training and junior talent programmes; analysis of requirements and needs of the branch office including external offices and master craftsmen's departments; implementation, execution and monitoring of processes, measures and further training opportunities related to vocational training, dual study programmes and junior talent programmes; development and definition of practice-oriented training content and procedures with the respective specialist departments and trainers; recruitment and retention of trainees and junior talents; planning, design and implementation of target-group-specific personnel marketing activities; expansion of regional networks and active cooperation with schools, universities and other partners; conducting recruitment procedures.

• Supervision of vocational training and junior talent programmes
• Analysis of requirements and needs of the branch office including external offices and master craftsmen's departments
• Implementation, execution and monitoring of processes, measures and further training opportunities related to vocational training, dual study programmes and junior talent programmes
• Development and definition of practice-oriented training content and procedures with the respective specialist departments and trainers
• Recruitment and retention of trainees and junior talents
• Planning, design and implementation of target-group-specific personnel marketing activities
• Expansion of regional networks and active cooperation with schools, universities and other partners
• Conducting recruitment procedures

• Completed degree with focus on Human Resources, Education Management, Social Sciences or successfully completed commercial training as Personnel Services Specialist or equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience
• Several years of professional experience and knowledge in human resources and in the recruitment and supervision of trainees
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legal foundations, including BBiG, JArbSchG, ArbZG, TzBfG, MiLoG, Works Constitution Act
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
• Driving licence class B for performing duties in internal and external service
• Willingness to travel within the branch office area
• Trainer qualification according to AEVO examination or willingness to acquire it
• Experience and knowledge as trainer, training manager or in the guidance and organisation of training programmes and/or dual students
• Proficient use of MS Office programmes and basic knowledge of SAP HCM
