Apprenticeship as a CNC Machining Mechanic

A three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as a CNC machining mechanic at B. Braun, providing practical experience in manufacturing components and assemblies and working with modern machine tools and technologies.

Planning, optimising and monitoring manufacturing processes; producing components and assemblies in individual and series production; setting up machine tools; programming numerically controlled machine tools; maintenance and servicing; practical work with raw and auxiliary materials.

A school-leaving qualification by the start of the apprenticeship, at least a Hauptschulabschluss with good grades in mathematics and physics, technical understanding and manual skills, enjoyment of varied tasks, commitment, trust, respect and appreciation for others, the ability to reflect, discipline and perseverance.
