Dual Student (Studium Plus) Degree Program (B.Sc.) Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics

4.5-year dual study program (Studium Plus) B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics with industrial mechanic training (f/m/d) at B. Braun in Tuttlingen. Studies at Furtwangen University, Schwenningen campus, combined with vocational training. Training starts September 2027.

• Theory & practice: Studies at Furtwangen University, Schwenningen campus, for a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering combined with vocational training as an industrial mechanic, in rotating assignments between training center, vocational school, university and departments
• Project work: You take responsibility in various projects and solve technical challenges
• Production control: Controlling and planning work processes
• Assembly and commissioning: Assembling, disassembling and testing assemblies and machines, and commissioning them
• Hands-on experience: Practical experience in metalworking and creating CNC programs and technical documents

• University entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife by the start of studies/training with very good grades in math and physics
