Dual Student (Studium Plus) B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics

4.5-year dual study program (Studium Plus) B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics with training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) at Furtwangen University, Schwenningen campus. Vocational training takes place in rotating assignments between the training center, vocational school, university and departments. Training starts in September 2027 at the Tuttlingen site.

• Project work: take responsibility in various projects and solve technical challenges
• Production control: control and plan workflows
• Assembly and commissioning: assembling, disassembling and testing assemblies and machines and putting them into operation
• Hands-on experience: practical experience in metalworking and creating CNC programs and technical documents

• University entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) by the start of studies/training, with very good grades in maths and physics
• Technical interest and understanding
