Customer Service Specialist

Within Sterilog GmbH, a company of the B. Braun Group, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) for the rapidly growing area of Asset Management as soon as possible. Sterilog GmbH specializes in the OR and CSSD supply process in clinics and has been offering consulting and service solutions for over 40 years. The Asset Management area provides an ecosystem of products, services and services for instrument management and ensures the supply of relevant clinic processes. Together with customers and partners, we optimize processes and efficiency to make OR and CSSD supply more efficient and reliable.

You comprehensively process the quotation and order management for large-volume clinic procurement projects and are responsible for structured cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal areas. You process tenders in the clinic service business from analysis, data preparation and quotation structuring to timely implementation independently. In strategic supplier management, you support business reviews with suppliers as well as analysis of business trends and performance indicators. You identify operational improvement opportunities and implement them together with suppliers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Logistics). Through structured preparation of information and creation of analyses and reports, you support internal optimization processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in Customer Service or Supplier Management in the medical technology environment. You have sound knowledge of Office applications; experience with BI tools is desirable. You have a pronounced service understanding, appear confident and communicate clearly and convincingly. You maintain relationships, network sustainably and changes in a dynamic environment motivate you to co-create joint solutions. You remain capable of action and performance even with high workload, even in challenging situations. You give others trust and encounter them with respect and appreciation.
