• Operational support in the area of contract management
• Maintenance and administration of the digital contract database
• Support in compliance with and documentation of healthcare compliance requirements, in particular transparency requirements, documentation obligations, and internal guidelines
• Review of contract documents for formal compliance requirements and completeness
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as sales, customer service, legal, and healthcare compliance

• Ongoing studies in business law, law, or business administration
• First practical experience in an administrative or commercial environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in healthcare compliance is an advantage
• High accuracy and pronounced quality awareness when handling sensitive data
